How I Coach
1-to-1 Personal Training
I’ve coached people aged 18 to 85, from complete beginners who feel anxious to start exercising, to experienced marathon runners pushing their limits. What I’ve learnt is that everybody is different, there is no one-size-fits-all training plan, it’s all about your goals, your abilities and building your confidence.
My specialties:
- Run coaching – Couch to 5k or preparing for your first marathon
- Mobility & Flexibility – Joint health, easing stiffness, and helping you stay active
- Balance & Stability – Improving confidence, coordination, and everyday independence
- Complete beginners – Calm, supportive coaching to help you build confidence from the ground up
- Weight loss – Sensible and sustainable support – whether for a special occasion or long-term health
- Support & Accountability – Encouragement and guidance to help you stay consistent between sessions

That’s why my clients have the option to train in ways that fit around their life, including:
ABLE Fitness
As part of my personal training service, I have partnered with ABLE Fitness so we can use their facilities to give you the best workout possible.
My home gym
If you prefer to workout somewhere more private, my home gym in Eye is well equipped and ready for any workout you can think of.
Your house
Or if you have a busy schedule, I’m fully mobile and can bring the workout to you. I operate in Peterborough UK and the surrounding villages.
Weekly Keep-fit classes
My Keep-Fit classes run twice a week at ABLE Fitness and are popular with seniors and those returning to exercise after injury or surgery. Sessions are designed to help you maintain mobility, strength, and independence by moving your body through a full range of motion.
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:30 to 12:15
Location: ABLE Fitness – Peterborough One Retail Park, Eye Road, Peterborough, PE1 4YZ
How much: £7 per session per person – Discounted payment plans available






Who I am
I started running day 1 of year 2000, since then I’ve run 3 marathons, 5 ultra-marathons (three marathons in three days!) and was a Club Champion at Eye Community Runners 4 years running (Excuse the pun).
Since then I started my dream job as a qualified PT in 2016 and have loved it ever since. I enjoy showing people how little they need to do to see massive improvements in their own mental and physical fitness.
I have a husband who loves cycling and two grown boys who are obsessed with football and the gym. They would never be caught taking advice from their mum though!
